Cyber Stalking...end the torment and get

The Cyber Bullying and Stalking Guide provides victims with strategies and techniques that can enable them to put an end to the torment of cyber bullying and get their lives back. Online harassment can be a debilitating experience with many victims withdrawing and becoming like social lepers.

The distress of being subject to abusive messages and taunts can drain many victims of their confidence and when the cyber bully also publishes malicious material about the victim the distress can be much worse. The fear of others seeing the material is what the cyber bully wants.

The cyber bully loves to be in control and watch the victim respond to the stalking activities. The situation can turn around when the victim stops responding and starts to demonstrate the understanding that it is all a game and that the game will no longer be played.

In my Cyber Bullying and Stalking Guide I set out a number of strategies and techniques to deal with cyber bully including the reasons why a cyber bully might decide to stop and how a victim can try to influence the cyber bully using those reasons.
